Manama: Royal Endurance Team rider Jaber Bader Jaafar clinched first place in the 120.6-kilometre junior and young riders' endurance race during the Portugal International Endurance Rides. His performance was marked by consistency and skill, leading him to cross the finish line ahead of his competitors. According to Bahrain News Agency, the event also saw notable performances in the 120.6-kilometre open category race. Royal Endurance Team's Loai Tariq Ahmed secured second place, while UAE's Hazzaa Mohammed Al Sayegh emerged as the winner. Portuguese rider Maria Prazeres finished in third place, showcasing a competitive field. Dr. Khalid Ahmed Hassan, Director-General of the Royal Stables and Royal Endurance Team, praised the team's riders for their achievements. He emphasized that the results reflected the team's recent efforts and their commitment to the established programme. Dr. Hassan highlighted that the team's participation in the event helped in completing their objectives, including preparing both r iders and horses for future competitions and gaining valuable experience in international races. Dr. Hassan further stated that these achievements would motivate the team to continue their efforts as per the approved programme, and he expressed his wishes for their continued success in upcoming competitions.
