Manama: Yusuf bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Jaffari Endowments Council, expressed his gratitude to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for His Majesty's directive to distribute the annual disbursements to charitable societies and Maatams (community centres) across the Kingdom for the Hijri year 1447, corresponding to 2025.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Al Saleh commended HM the King's longstanding tradition of supporting the Bahraini people during Ashoora. He highlighted that this gesture reflects the Kingdom's enduring legacy of religious harmony, coexistence, and the preservation of deeply rooted cultural and religious practices.
Al Saleh also expressed his appreciation to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for His Royal Highness' directives to relevant ministries and agencies to address community needs and facilitate the requirements of Ashoora.
