Israeli Forces Arrest 28 Palestinians in West Bank

Ramallah: Israeli occupation forces arrested 28 Palestinians from the West Bank on Thursday, including a female student and former prisoners.

The Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Authority and the Palestinian Prisoners Society stated that 16 of the arrests took place in Jenin, including Jamal Haweel, a member of the Fatah Revolutionary Council. The remaining arrests were made in Hebron, Bethlehem, Ramallah, Nablus, and Jerusalem.

During the arrests, the occupation forces engaged in widespread harassment, severe beatings, threats against detainees and their families, and extensive damage to citizens’ homes, they added.
