Gaza: Six Palestinians were killed as a result of the occupation aircraft bombing a residential apartment in Hamad Town in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip. Palestinian sources have reported that emergency medical teams managed to reach Hamad Town, situated north of Khan Yunis, and recovered the bodies of the six victims, who were members of the Al-Khatib family. On the other hand, Israeli artillery continued its bombardment east of Khan Yunis. Source: Jordan News Agency Tripoli: Algerian Prime Minister, Nadhir Arbawi, discussed with UN Envoy to Libya, Abdoulaye Bathily, developments in Libya's situation and ways to support efforts of the UN to accelerate the political settlement process. This came on the sideline of the meeting of African Union High Level Committee on Libya, in Brazzaville yesterday. According to a statement by the Algerian Government, Bathily expressed his appreciation for the Algerian President's commitment to supporting the path of national reconciliation in Libya, stressing the need for the Libyan parties to benefit from the Algerian experience in this area, to find appropriate formulas to end the Libyan crisis.
