Israel acknowledges the difficulty of dismantling Hamas and expands its night campaigns in the West Bank

Baghdad: The Israeli occupation acknowledged the difficulty of dismantling the Hamas movement in Gaza as a result of the Palestinians’ adherence to defending the Gaza Strip and their steadfastness in fighting.

The command of the 12th Brigade in the occupation army acknowledged that the task of eliminating Hamas is not easy, and that dismantling it in Rafah will take at least two years, after 268 days of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.

Regarding the resistance’s ability to launch missiles and threaten settlements, he said: Anyone who believes that the sirens will stop within the next year is throwing ash into the eyes.

For its part, Israeli media said that Washington is trying to bridge the gaps between the positions of Hamas and Israel to revive ceasefire negotiations in Gaza and reach a prisoner exchange deal.

In the occupied West Bank, the occupation forces continued their night raids, mainly targeting towns in Nablus, and also fired gas bombs at homes.
