Iraq and the UAE discuss joint cooperation in the security fields and ways to enhance it

The Ambassador of Iraq to the United Arab Emirates, Mudhaffar Mustafa Al-Jubouri, met with the Commander of the Abu Dhabi Police and a member of the Executive Council of the Emirate, Major General Staff Pilot Fares Khalaf Al-Mazrouei, at the headquarters of the Abu Dhabi Police General Command. During the meeting, they discussed relations of joint cooperation in the security fields and ways to enhance them.

The Ambassador stressed, according to a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the importance of activating cooperation in the areas of security work and benefiting from the experience of the Abu Dhabi Police General Command in this field, especially in light of the high security indicators in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its obtaining the title of the safest city in the world.

For his part, Major General Fares Khalaf Al Mazrouei welcomed the strengthening of the frameworks of joint cooperation between the Abu Dhabi Police Command and its counterpart in Iraq, stressing the UAE leadership's keenness to enhance cooperation and partnerships with Iraq for the benefit of the two countries and the two brotherly peoples.
