IPA Secures Institutional Inclusion in National Qualifications Framework

Manama: The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) has completed all requirements for its institutional inclusion in the National Qualifications Framework by the Education and Training Quality Authority, marking an important milestone in strengthening the quality and effectiveness of national training programmes. Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Daij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute, affirmed that this step reflects the Institute's commitment to supporting national plans aimed at enhancing Bahrain's leadership in the administrative domain. She noted that the recognition underscores ongoing efforts to develop an internal system that ensures training programmes meet current needs and future aspirations, contributing to improved performance across both the public and private sectors.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Daij added that the Institute continues to prioritise aligning its programmes with international standards to enhance institutional performance and achieve national objectives. She emphasised that developing the capabilities of national cadres remains a key priority, underscoring the Institute's dedication to providing high-quality training that supports both individual and institutional advancement.
