Manama: Ramzan bin Abdullah Al Noaimi, Minister of Information, welcomed the Royal Order designating 2026 as the "Year of Isa Al Kabeer", in honour of Bahrain's founding leader, His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa. He described the order as a meaningful tribute that recognises HH Shaikh Isa bin Ali's role in establishing stability and modern institutions.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Al Noaimi emphasised that the order reflects the Kingdom's commitment to preserving its heritage and connecting its prosperous present to its historic roots. He commended the ongoing progress under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the follow-up of His Royal Highness Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, which continues to advance Bahrain's development and national achievements.
He added that the year serves as a powerful reminder of national pride and loyalty, and wished for Bahrain's continued security and prosperity under the leadership of His Majesty.
