Information Affairs Minister Dr. Ramzan bin Abdulla Alnoaimi received General Sports Authority (GSA) Chief Executive Officer Dr. Abdulrahman Sadiq Askar.
Dr. Alnoaimi valued the directives of HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) First Deputy Chairman, GSA Chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) President to draw up plans to further develop sports in the Kingdom.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed cooperation between the ministry and the authority to set joint plans to achieve further successful sports media coverage.
They stressed the importance of developing media coverage of different sports events in the Kingdom of Bahrain and national teams’ overseas participation towards achieving common goals.
