The meeting was also attended by Eric Giraud-Telme, the Ambassador of the French Republic to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the minister underscored the Kingdom of Bahrain's commitment to enhancing collaboration with prominent global institutions in the fields of media training and art production. This initiative is aimed at nurturing the talents of Bahraini youth and fostering an environment conducive to creativity and innovation. Dr. Al Noaimi highlighted that this strategic direction aligns with the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the directives of the government led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. Their leadership places a strong emphasis on human capital as a key element of national development.
Dr. Al Noaimi praised the robust partnership with the French Embassy, reflecting the strong ties between Bahrain and France, particularly in the cultural and artistic domains. He noted the joint initiatives that are aligned with the ministry's strategic objectives to advance television and film production and to cultivate promising national talent in this important sector.

Ambassador Giraud-Telme expressed his appreciation for the minister's support of joint endeavors aimed at developing Bahrain's media and creative sectors.
