Manama: Dr. Ramzan bin Abdulla Al Noaimi, Minister of Information and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Communication Centre (NCC), chaired the Centre's periodic board meeting held remotely today. The meeting discussed several topics related to the continued development of government communication and institutional performance efficiency. According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Al Noaimi emphasised the need to build on progress in government communication and promote teamwork within an integrated framework that supports national development, in line with the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He noted that these efforts also aim to establish effective national communication that keeps pace with comprehensive and sustainable development. The meeting reviewed key developments in joint communication services, in line with the Centre's vision to build an integrated n ational communication system that highlights Bahrain's achievements and enhances its regional and international competitiveness. Board members also discussed various projects overseen by the communication sector, including the Government Corporate Identity Project to help strengthen and consolidate the government's visual and strategic identity. Additionally, the meeting addressed plans for training programmes aimed at staff working in joint communication services. These programmes are designed to improve performance and strengthen communication capabilities by providing employees with the best practices and professional skills in the field.
