Abdullah Adel Fakhro, Industry and Commerce Minister, visited Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF).
He was welcomed by Dr. Ahmed Abdulhameed Al Shaikh, CEO oF BIBF, with whom he reviewed issues of common interest and ways to enhance cooperation in the training field.
The minister affirmed the advanced level of BIBF, praising the Institute’s professional training programmes that are compatible with the strategy of developing the financial services sector within the Economic Recovery Plan.
Minister Fakhro praised BIBF’s efforts in developing the financial and economic sectors, stressing the importance of strengthening cooperation to develop competencies.
While touring BIBF’s sections, the minister was briefed about the various services provided to students and trainees, including high-level, distinguished training and educational facilities.
BIBF CEO thanked the minister for visit, which reflects the government’s support for the training and development of competencies across various sectors by providing specialised training programmes.
