iGA CE: Private Notary Service Enhances Real Estate Transactions, Supports Digital Transformation


Manama: Mohammed Ali Al Qaed, Chief Executive of the Information and eGovernment Authority (iGA), emphasised that the launch of the private notary service by the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments reflects the government’s commitment to digital transformation. The service, which facilitates real estate sales through the ministry’s official website, supports the adoption of innovative solutions and emerging technologies. He highlighted the real estate sector as a vital pillar of the national economy.



According to Bahrain News Agency, Al Qaed commended the service’s role in achieving seamless electronic integration between government entities, expediting real estate transactions, and saving time and effort for investors and property owners. He noted its contribution to improving user experience and attracting investment.



Al Qaed also praised the ministry for its efforts in advancing the judicial system and enhancing e-services. He emphasised that the collective efforts of relevant entities support the government’s digital transformation initiatives in Bahrain.
