Manama: The Information and eGovernment Authority (iGA) and Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) recently convened to explore potential strategic collaborations aimed at advancing digital transformation, enhancing banking services, and improving customer experiences.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Mohammed Al Qaed, CEO of iGA, underscored the significance of collaboration between the government and the financial sector. This partnership is intended to propel Bahrain's digital transformation and enhance services for both citizens and residents. The focus will be on leveraging the capabilities of iGA and BisB to create innovative and secure digital solutions. Discussions also included the enhancement of digital integrations, the development of technological infrastructure, and the expansion of shared services in alignment with national digital strategies.
The meeting concluded with a mutual agreement on the importance of continued collaboration to achieve shared objectives and improve digital services across the Kingdom.
