Riffa: The Deputy King, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, today received His Excellency Ni Ruchi, the outgoing Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the Kingdom of Bahrain, at Riffa Palace. His Excellency Ni Ruchi conveyed the greetings of His Excellency Xi Jinping, President of the People's Republic of China, and His Excellency Li Qiang, Premier of the State Council of China, to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness.
According to Bahrain News Agency, His Royal Highness reciprocated the gesture by conveying greetings from HM the King and himself to His Excellency Xi Jinping and His Excellency Li Qiang. His Royal Highness emphasized the enduring relationship between Bahrain and China, noting its consistent growth across sectors. He underscored the importance of enhancing cooperation to achieve mutual goals.
During their meeting, the two leaders discussed issues of common interest and the latest developments on regional and international fronts. His Excellency Ni Ruchi expressed appreciation for His Royal Highness's dedication to strengthening bilateral relations and extended his wishes for the Kingdom's future success.
The meeting was also attended by His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister's Court, along with several senior officials.
