Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received the Rt Hon Sir Keir Starmer MP, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, following the Prime Minister's arrival in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the UK Prime Minister is scheduled to meet with His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister during his visit. The discussions will focus on the enduring historical relations between Bahrain and the United Kingdom, as well as recent developments in the region that affect both regional and international security and stability. The leaders are also expected to address other topics of mutual interest.
The meeting was attended by several senior officials, underscoring the importance of the discussions between the two nations.
