Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, issued Edict (71) of 2025 concerning the specification of commercial activities that can be licensed for companies with foreign capital. This decision was made based on a proposal presented by the Minister of Industry and Commerce and received approval from the Cabinet.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the edict outlines the types of commercial activities that are eligible for licensing, aiming to facilitate the operation of foreign capital companies within the region. This move is part of ongoing efforts to enhance economic development and attract foreign investment by providing a clear framework for business operations.
