HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister Engages with Legislative Leaders on National Development.

Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met with key legislative leaders, including HE Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, and HE Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, at Gudaibiya Palace. The meeting also included the Chairmen and members of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committees of both Councils, along with other members of the Council of Representatives and the Shura Council. According to Bahrain News Agency, HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad emphasized the collaborative efforts of Team Bahrain as the cornerstone of the nation's achievements. He highlighted the comprehensive development led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and outlined the government's plans, projects, and programmes aimed at serving the Kingdom and its citizens. HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad praised the Legislative Authority's role in progressing the Kingdom's development and meeting the aspirations of its citizen s. He reiterated the commitment to enhancing cooperation between the Executive and Legislative Authorities and private sector institutions to foster employment opportunities across all sectors. The Crown Prince pointed out the ongoing efforts to achieve fiscal balance and enhance economic development for the benefit of the citizens. He emphasized that the Kingdom's accomplishments are propelled by Team Bahrain, through initiatives that create job opportunities and improve the quality of government services, contributing to the sustainable future of the Kingdom. HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad underscored the significance of the Gateway Gulf Investment Forum 2024 as a vital platform for consolidating the Kingdom's competitive position, supporting the GCC's economic diversification, and forging strategic investment partnerships to boost regional investments. The legislative and business leaders, including the Speaker of the Council of Representatives, the Speaker of the Shura Council, and HE Sameer Abdulla Nass, Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, expressed their gratitude for HRH's support for national initiatives and their dedication to achieving the Kingdom's ambitious goals.
