Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, engaged in a diplomatic meeting with HE Fahad Mohammed Mnikhr, the Chargé d'Affaires of the Saudi Arabian Embassy in Bahrain, at Gudaibiya Palace. According to Bahrain News Agency, during the meeting, His Royal Highness Prince Salman received an invitation on behalf of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa from King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The invitation was to attend the upcoming joint Arab-Islamic follow-up summit, scheduled to take place in Riyadh next week. His Royal Highness emphasized the enduring strength of the Bahrain-Saudi relations, which are continually supported by His Majesty the King, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and the Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. He acknowledged Saudi Arabia's significant role in supporting Arab and Islamic initiatives, as well as in enhancing regional security, development, an d peace efforts. The Crown Prince and Prime Minister conveyed Bahrain's best wishes for the success of the summit in achieving its objectives. In response, the Chargé d'Affaires expressed his gratitude for His Royal Highness's dedication to strengthening the bilateral relations between the two Kingdoms, aiming for mutual benefit and progress. He also extended his wishes for Bahrain's continued advancement and prosperity. His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and the Minister of Cabinet Affairs, His Excellency Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, were also present at the meeting.
