Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today sent a cable of congratulations to HE Luong Cu?ng, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on the occasion of the National Day of Vietnam.
According to Bahrain News Agency, His Royal Highness also sent a similar cable to HE Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister of Vietnam.
