Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Prime Minister, visited the Special Security Force Command to assess the Kingdom's civil protection and public safety systems.
According to Bahrain News Agency, His Royal Highness emphasized the role of Bahraini citizens' awareness and sense of responsibility in strengthening the Kingdom's resilience amidst challenges. He noted that these factors support the country's ongoing development under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.
During the visit, His Royal Highness received a briefing on initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, law enforcement capabilities, and public order, while ensuring readiness for evolving regional security situations. He underscored the significance of improving preparedness and implementing forward-looking plans to safeguard Bahrain's security and stability, while boosting the effectiveness of civil and public safety systems.
His Royal Highness commended the efforts of His Excellency General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the Minister of Interior, along with all Ministry personnel, in maintaining the Kingdom's security. In response, General Shaikh Rashid expressed gratitude for the visit, acknowledging its importance in motivating Ministry staff to fulfill their duties.
The Crown Prince was accompanied by His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister's Court; His Excellency General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the Minister of Interior; His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy; and several senior officials.
