Gudaibiya: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, held a meeting today with Ahmed bin Salman Al-Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, and Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council. The meeting, which took place at Gudaibiya Palace, included their deputies, members of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defense, and National Security from both councils, several members of both councils, and HE Sameer Abdulla Nass, Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI).
According to Bahrain News Agency, His Royal Highness emphasized the significance of collaboration between the Executive and Legislative branches in partnership with the private sector as a foundation for the Kingdom's initiatives. This collaboration is vital for advancing progress across all sectors and aligns with the comprehensive development led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister reiterated the government's dedication to strengthening the partnership between the Executive and Legislative branches and the private sector. The aim is to propel the Kingdom's development and improve the well-being of Bahraini citizens.
Prince Salman bin Hamad highlighted the essential role of the private sector in supporting the Kingdom's development objectives and creating opportunities for Bahraini citizens. This, in turn, enhances the competitiveness of the national economy and promotes sustainable growth.
His Royal Highness also stressed the importance of national efforts to solidify Bahrain's status as a prominent regional and international venue for major events, conferences, and championships. This reflects the Kingdom's capabilities, infrastructure, and promising investment opportunities across various sectors.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister expressed pride in the members of Team Bahrain, acknowledging their dedication and contribution to the Kingdom's ongoing progress.
The Speaker of the Council of Representatives, the Chairman of the Shura Council, and the Chairman of the BCCI conveyed their gratitude for His Royal Highness' steadfast support in promoting cooperation between the Executive and Legislative branches and the private sector, all in service of the people of Bahrain.
