Ashgabat: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has communicated with His Excellency Serdar Berdimuhamedow, President of the Republic of Turkmenistan, through a written message focusing on the relations between Bahrain and Turkmenistan, along with the potential for further enhancement and strengthening of these ties.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the message was received by Rasit Meredow, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, during a reception at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ashgabat. Ambassador Talal Abdulsalam Al Ansari, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Consular and Administrative Affairs, was in attendance.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested Ambassador Al Ansari to convey President Berdimuhamedow's greetings to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He acknowledged the robust ties between the two countries and emphasized ongoing efforts to enhance bilateral cooperation, expressing hopes for continued progress and prosperity for the Kingdom of Bahrain and its citizens.
In response, Ambassador Al Ansari relayed the greetings of His Majesty the King and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to the Turkmenistan Deputy Prime Minister, wishing Turkmenistan ongoing progress, growth, and prosperity.
