Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today sent a cable of congratulations to HE Vladimir Putin, the President of the Russian Federation, on the occasion of Russia's Independence Day, also known as Russia Day. According to Bahrain News Agency, His Royal Highness also dispatched a similar cable to HE Mikhail Mishustin, the Prime Minister of Russia.
