Riffa: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, held a meeting with Steven C. Bondy, the Ambassador of the United States of America to the Kingdom of Bahrain, at Riffa Palace. The meeting underscored the importance of the strategic partnership between Bahrain and the United States, focusing on mutually beneficial cooperation and enduring alliances.
According to Bahrain News Agency, HRH Prince Salman reaffirmed the commitment to strengthen bilateral cooperation and coordination. The discussions highlighted agreements such as the Comprehensive Security Integration and Prosperity Agreement (C-SIPA), which play a pivotal role in the relationship between the two nations.
Additionally, HRH Prince Salman emphasized the need to advance bilateral cooperation to create opportunities that are beneficial for both countries and their citizens. The Crown Prince acknowledged the role of the United States and its allies in maintaining security and stability both regionally and globally.
The meeting also covered discussions on enhancing bilateral relations, exchanging views on issues of mutual interest, and reviewing the latest regional and international developments. The Minister of Cabinet Affairs, His Excellency Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, was also present at the meeting.
