Riffa: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, today welcomed Her Excellency Okai Asako, Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Bahrain, at Riffa Palace. The meeting underscored the enduring relationship between Bahrain and Japan, with a focus on enhancing strategic partnerships across numerous sectors.
According to Bahrain News Agency, HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad stressed the significance of advancing collaboration in multiple sectors to benefit the mutual interests of both nations. He highlighted the longstanding bilateral ties, reflecting a shared commitment to strengthening relations.
During the meeting, discussions also covered regional and global developments, as well as issues of common interest. Ambassador Asako conveyed her appreciation for the ongoing efforts by HRH Prince Salman to fortify Bahrain-Japan relations and offered her best wishes for Bahrain's continued growth and prosperity.
The meeting was also attended by His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy.
