Riffa: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with Ali Abdulhussain Al Shaikh Khalaf Al Asfoor, the Advisor for Community Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, Shaikh Khalid bin Humood bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the Governor of the Capital Governorate, and Hassan Abdullah Mohammed Al Madani, the Governor of the Northern Governorate, at Riffa Palace. His Royal Highness extended his congratulations on the royal trust bestowed upon them by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa through their appointments, wishing them success in carrying out their duties.
According to Bahrain News Agency, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister emphasized that achieving excellence in government operations requires better integration among entities and the development of strong community partnerships. These efforts are aimed at delivering services that align with citizens' aspirations and advancing the Kingdom's comprehensive development under the leadership of His Majesty the King.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad commended the Minister of Interior for overseeing the work of the governorates and ensuring the continuous enhancement of their services and security. He affirmed that the governorates play a crucial role in strengthening government service efficiency through active community engagement, on-the-ground monitoring of citizens' needs, and coordination with relevant authorities to deliver sustainable solutions.
The Crown Prince and Prime Minister also highlighted the importance of governorates in maintaining strong communication with citizens and residents. He praised their efforts in promoting security awareness through modern technology and initiatives designed to enhance community safety.
The Advisor for Community Affairs at the Ministry of Interior and the newly appointed Governors expressed their honor and pride in the royal trust granted to them by His Majesty the King. They affirmed their commitment to developing government services and enhancing community communication across the two governorates in accordance with His Royal Highness' directives.
His Excellency General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the Minister of Interior, also attended the meeting.
