Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today extended his congratulations on the success of the Sharm El Sheikh Peace Summit, marking the agreement secured to end the war in the Gaza Strip. According to Bahrain News Agency, the Summit was attended by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and was hosted by the Arab Republic of Egypt. It was co-chaired by His Excellency Abdel Fattah El Sisi, President of Egypt, and His Excellency Donald Trump, President of the United States, with participation from leaders of more than twenty countries worldwide. His Royal Highness emphasized that the agreement to end the war in the Gaza Strip marks a historic day for peace in the Middle East and the world. HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad highlighted that it represents a crucial step towards a more secure and stable region. This agreement underscores the importance of intensifying regional and international efforts to build lasting peace and opening a new chapter f or regional security and stability.
