Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received a congratulatory cable from Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF). The message was sent in recognition of Bahrain's successful hosting of the 2025 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix and McLaren's victory in the race.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Commander-in-Chief expressed his felicitations to HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, highlighting the significance of the event for the Kingdom of Bahrain.
