HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister Appoints New Directors at Civil Service Bureau

Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, issued Edict (15) of 2026, appointing new directors at the Civil Service Bureau. This decision follows the proposal put forth by the President of the Civil Service Bureau.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the edict outlines the appointment of Haitham Ali Khalil Nass as the Director of the Policies and Regulations Affairs Directorate, replacing Abdulrahman Abdullah Abdulaziz Al Alshomili.

Additionally, several other appointments have been made. Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa has been named Director of the Compliance and Professional Conduct Directorate. Khadija Hassan Ali Al Karbabadi will now serve as the Director of the Talent Development Directorate. Mohammed Abdulqader Mohammed Zain Al Abidin has been appointed as the Director of the Recruitment and Mobility Directorate, while Sabeeka Rashid Abdulrahman Al Mannai will take on the role of Director of the Performance Management Directorate. Bushra Abduljalil Ibrahim Al Turaif has been appointed as the Director of the Institutional Excellence Directorate.

The President of the Civil Service Bureau is tasked with implementing the provisions of this edict, which is effective immediately and will be published in the Official Gazette.
