Manama: Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, received Mr. Talal Fawzi Kanoo, Chairman of Kanoo Real Estate. The meeting focused on strategies to enhance and expand partnerships with the private sector to provide social housing services for citizens, in accordance with the available financing and real estate options.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Minister Al Rumaihi emphasized the Ministry's commitment to strengthening partnerships with the private sector. This initiative aims to diversify housing solutions for citizens and increase Bahrain's real estate stock. She highlighted the importance of integrating the private sector into the housing services framework, ensuring that it meets the highest quality standards across all governorates, which aligns with the Ministry's objectives.
Mr. Kanoo outlined several initiatives from Kanoo Real Estate that are designed to support the housing sector in the Kingdom. He expressed the company's readiness to continue expanding its partnership with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, the Urban Planning and Development Authority (UPDA), and Eskan Bank. This collaboration aims to achieve shared goals and provide more sustainable housing solutions for citizens.
