Manama: Redha Ibrahim Munfaredi, Chairman of the Youth Affairs Committee at the Shura Council, commended the remarks delivered by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to the media, noting that they set out a firm national approach to safeguarding sovereignty and reinforcing loyalty.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Munfaredi emphasized that Bahraini youth stand united behind His Majesty the King's leadership, expressing support for the firm positions outlined in His Majesty's remarks in confronting the Iranian aggression targeting the Kingdom's security and stability.
He noted that His Majesty's emphasis on the integrity of the legislative authority and the unity of its members places a responsibility on the legislative authority to uphold national interests. Munfaredi expressed strong condemnation of those entrusted by the people who chose to align with the Iranian aggression, stressing that such individuals do not deserve the honour of representing citizens.
Munfaredi further stated that Bahraini nationality is a binding covenant based on loyalty and commitment, and it cannot be upheld by those who betray the nation or undermine its principles.
He highlighted that the current stage requires alignment behind His Majesty the King's vision to address challenges and reinforce security, commending the readiness of the armed forces in safeguarding the Kingdom's stability and confronting any attempts to undermine it. Munfaredi stressed that national unity remains the foundation for protecting achievements and preserving national capabilities.
Munfaredi concluded by commending the sense of national responsibility demonstrated by Bahraini citizens, stressing the importance of adhering to national principles and standing united behind His Majesty the King's leadership to safeguard Bahrain's security and stability.
