HM King’s belief in importance of Bahraini youth role highlighted by SCYS Deputy Chairman

Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), Shaikh Duaij bin Salman Al Khalifa, has asserted that the Bahrain Youth Day is an opportunity to renew pride in the achievements of the kingdom.

He affirmed His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s constant interest in Bahraini youth, highlighting the royal belief in the importance of the role played by Bahraini youth in ensuring the continuity of the comprehensive development process, being the kingdom’s real asset.

He valued highly the constant support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to Bahraini youth, through the government’s projects that shed light on their successes.

He said that the directives of HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, SCYS Chairman, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, to support youth at various gatherings reflect HH’s sound vision and confidence in youth’s creative ideas and ability to contribute to building the nation, noting that HH Shaikh Nasser is an example to be emulated by Bahraini youth, being the pride of the nation and a model for an inspiring and a motivating leader.

He indicated that the initiatives of SCYS First Deputy Chairman, General Sports Authority Chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee President, His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, inspire Bahraini youth and motivate them to be more creative and contribute effectively to increasing the national accomplishments
