Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, received a telephone call from His Excellency Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the call reviewed regional developments. HE the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan expressed his country's full solidarity with the Kingdom of Bahrain. He affirmed Pakistan's rejection and strong condemnation of the Iranian missile attack targeting Bahraini territory, and reiterated support for the steps and measures Bahrain is undertaking to safeguard its sovereignty and protect its security and stability.
His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation for the position of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and for the support conveyed by its Prime Minister towards the Kingdom of Bahrain.
