Al Sakhir: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received Martina Polasek, Secretary General of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and Vice President of the World Bank, at Al Sakhir Palace today.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting focused on enhancing cooperation and coordination between Bahrain's institutions and both ICSID and the World Bank. The discussions underscored the importance of collaborative efforts to address investment disputes and promote economic stability.
Additionally, the meeting highlighted the current global economic situation, emphasizing the World Bank's pivotal role in supporting development initiatives across nations. This collaboration aims to foster economic growth and ensure sustainable development in various regions.
