Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has ratified and issued Law (18) of 2025, which approves the agreement to amend the framework for financing the second phase of the project aimed at improving water transmission and distribution from the Al Dur station. This development follows the law's approval by both the Shura Council and the Council of Representatives.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the agreement in question was signed on July 9, 2024. The ratification by His Majesty signifies a crucial step in advancing the infrastructure project designed to enhance water distribution capabilities.
The Prime Minister and ministers are tasked with implementing the provisions of this law, ensuring its enactment the day after it is published in the Official Gazette. The law underscores the government's commitment to advancing essential services and infrastructure.
