Manama: Bahraini daily newspapers today focused on local events that happened over the past 24 hours. HM King departed the Kingdom to Saudi Arabia to participate in the GCC Consultative Summit. Upon arrival, HM King engaged in the summit discussions, highlighting Bahrain's commitment to regional cooperation and dialogue.
According to Bahrain News Agency, alongside the summit, HM King also ratified and issued Law (15) of 2026, following approvals from the Shura and Representatives Councils. In other diplomatic engagements, HRH the Deputy King received the Ambassador of the United States of America to the Kingdom of Bahrain, underscoring the ongoing bilateral relations.
Additionally, the Deputy Prime Minister met with the newly elected Board of Directors of the Bahrain Society of Engineers. In other news, the Municipalities Minister participated in the 38th Near East and North Africa Regional Conference.
