Manama: A phone call took place between His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Excellency Mahmoud Abbas, President of the State of Palestine. His Majesty the King and the Palestinian President exchanged congratulations and well wishes on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr. They wished continued prosperity and blessings for both countries and their peoples, and for the Arab and Islamic nations.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the discussion underscored the mutual respect and strong relations between Bahrain and Palestine. Both leaders expressed hope for enduring peace and success for their respective nations as well as the broader Arab and Islamic communities during this festive period.
