HM King of Bahrain Engages in Diplomatic and Cultural Activities

Manama: Bahraini daily newspapers today focused on events that happened over the past 24 hours. According to Bahrain News Agency, HM King of Bahrain extended congratulations to the Norwegian monarch on the occasion of Norway's Constitution Day. This gesture underscores Bahrain's commitment to maintaining strong diplomatic relations with countries across the globe. In a display of cultural engagement, HM King attended the endurance race at the Royal Windsor Horse Show. This event highlights the importance of equestrian sports in Bahrain's cultural heritage and the King's personal interest in promoting these activities. Further strengthening diplomatic ties, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister also sent congratulations to HM the King of Norway, reinforcing the bilateral relationship between Bahrain and Norway. In other international diplomatic activities, the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and the US President attended the UAE-US Business Dialogue. Meanwhile, under the patronage of HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman, th e Digital Transformation Advisory Council (DTAC) 2025 is set to launch in May, reflecting Bahrain's focus on technological advancement. Additionally, discussions on cooperation took place between the Somali and Algerian Foreign Ministers, and a Foreign Ministry official represented Bahrain at the GCC EU Political Committee meeting, indicating Bahrain's active role in regional and international diplomacy.
