Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received Maxim Reshetnikov, Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, at Al Safriya Palace on the occasion of his visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
According to Bahrain News Agency, His Majesty the King welcomed the Russian minister, who conveyed greetings and best wishes from His Excellency Vladimir Putin, President of Russia, to the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people. His Majesty extended greetings and sincere wishes to HE President Putin and the people of Russia.
HM the King commended the strong and historical ties between Bahrain and Russia, and the shared commitment to enhancing and expanding cooperation in all domains. HM the King also expressed appreciation for HE President Putin's role in further developing these relations.
HM the King highlighted the importance of such visits in boosting cooperation and achieving greater progress in relations between the two countries.
On his part, Minister Reshetnikov expressed gratitude to HM the King for the efforts to support and enhance the close ties and cooperation between Bahrain and Russia, especially in economic and investment domains.
