Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree-Law (39) of 2025, amending certain provisions of Decree-Law (21) of 2013 on the Organisation of Public Fundraising, based on the proposal of the Prime Minister and following the approval of the Cabinet.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Prime Minister and ministers, each within their capacity, are tasked with implementing the provisions of this decree-law. The decree-law is set to come into effect the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
