Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has issued Decree-Law (38) of 2025, which introduces amendments to certain provisions of the Commercial Companies Law originally issued under Decree-Law (21) of 2001. This decision was made based on a proposal from the Prime Minister and received approval from the Cabinet.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Prime Minister and the ministers are tasked, each within their respective capacities, with implementing the provisions of this newly issued decree-law. The decree-law is set to come into effect the day after it is published in the Official Gazette.
