Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has ratified and issued Law (19) of 2025, which approves an agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Government of Hungary. This agreement focuses on the promotion and reciprocal protection of investments and was formally endorsed by both the Shura Council and the Council of Representatives.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the agreement was initially signed in Manama on September 4, 2024. The law mandates that the Prime Minister and ministers, within their respective capacities, are responsible for implementing its provisions. The law is set to come into effect immediately, on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
