Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has departed to the Arab Republic of Egypt to lead Bahrain's delegation at the Sharm El Sheikh Summit for Peace.
According to Bahrain News Agency, His Majesty's participation is at the invitation of His Excellency Abdel Fattah El Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The summit is being hosted by Egypt to mark the agreement to end the war in Gaza.
His Majesty the King was seen off by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister; Reham Abdulhamid Mahmoud Ibrahim Khalil, Ambassador of Egypt to Bahrain; and senior officials.
