They also deliberated on the latest regional and international developments and issues of mutual interest.
According to Bahrain News Agency, HM the King expressed his appreciation to HE President Trump for his ongoing efforts to support peace and stability in the region. He acknowledged the supportive positions of President Trump toward the Kingdom of Bahrain. Additionally, on the occasion of the opening of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, HM the King congratulated HE the President on the successful opening ceremony, extending his best wishes for continued progress and prosperity to the United States and its people.
