HM King congratulates Bolivian president on Independence Day

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to Bolivia President Luis Arce on his country’s independence anniversary.

HM King Hamad wished President Arce abundant health and happiness on the national occasion.
