Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, received a cable of congratulations from Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, on the 57th anniversary of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF).
According to Bahrain News Agency, the speaker highlighted the BDF's role in safeguarding the nation, maintaining security and stability, and supporting Bahrain's development under HM the King's leadership.
