Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today received a cable of congratulations from Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, on the successful launch of the Kingdom of Bahrain's Al Munther satellite into orbit from Vandenberg Space Force Base, California, the United States of America.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Shura Council Chairman expressed his pride in the achievement, highlighting the importance of the Al Munther satellite in advancing Bahrain's position in space exploration. The launch marks a significant milestone for the Kingdom and is expected to contribute to various sectors, including telecommunications and environmental monitoring.
