Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy and Chairman of Mumtalakat Holding Company, on McLaren’s victory in the Formula 1 Constructors’ Championship for the second consecutive year, marking the team’s tenth title to date.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa said the achievement reflects His Majesty’s vision and the continuous support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, which have led to consolidating Bahrain’s position on the global sporting scene.
