According to Bahrain News Agency, His Majesty extended sincere condolences and sympathy to His Majesty King Haakon VIII, the Royal Family, and the people of Norway. His Majesty paid tribute to the late King's qualities and contributions to Norway and its people, as well as King Harald V's prominent role in enhancing the close relations between Bahrain and Norway.
